1 The 5% booking fee is calculated based on the total cost of your trip, excluding taxes and additional optional services. Minimum fee is $2 and the maximum fee is $50. This fee is applied to the sum of all travel components arranged by us, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. For example, if the total cost of your travel components is $1,000, the booking fee would be $50. (1000 x 0.05 = 50)
2 The 10% booking fee for custom itineraries is calculated based on the total cost of your uniquely tailored trip, excluding taxes and any optional services not directly related to the itinerary planning. Minimum fee is $50 and the maximum fee is $300. For example, if the total cost of your custom-designed travel components amounts to $3,000, the booking fee would be $300. (3000 x 0.10 = 300)
