    •    Square for processing agency fees and eSIM payments.

    •    Microsoft 365 for managing forms, appointments, and storing personal data.

    •    Make (Integromat) Automations to connect different systems and services. While information passes through Make, it is not stored there.

    •    Google Analytics for understanding website usage patterns and improving user experiences.

    •    The Hosting Hotel to host and run the app that processes credit card data entered via browser forms, then safely stores it in 1Password.

We store personal information primarily in Microsoft 365’s secure environment. Credit card details are stored separately and securely in 1Password. All data is stored on servers located in North America. We do not transfer your personal information to other countries.

    •    Opt out of marketing communications by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email or contacting us directly.

Credit card information is automatically deleted once the trip is completed, and all outstanding payments have been settled.

Our services are intended for individuals who are legally eligible to hold a credit card, which in Canada generally means 18 years of age or older. If travel arrangements include children, their personal information may be provided to us by the parent or guardian. By providing their details, the parent or guardian consents to our use of the child’s information for the specific travel-related purpose.
